This information lives in your browser's space, on your machine. It is not on my servers, and I have no access to it.

You can check it yourself. Open this site in another browser: you will not see the same thing here, unless you made the same settings there. It is tied only to the browser you use.

What I count, without knowing who

There is one thing I measure on my side: how many people accept tracking and how many refuse it. An aggregate, anonymous count. On a given day I can see that this many accepted and that many refused. I never know who did what. No identifier, no IP address, nothing that could recognise you. Your actual choice stays in your browser.

It helps me check that my consent request is clear and honest. Nothing more.

It exists so you can change your mind

All of this exists for one reason: to keep you in control. If you want to turn off advertising tracking, for any reason, you can. If you want to turn it back on later, you can too.
